Zoe has a well-rounded background in anatomy and physiology. Qualified in Wellness and Relaxation Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Cupping Therapy, Zoe is adept in many massage techniques such as: relaxation, deep tissue, sport massage, Applied MLD, myofascial release and cupping.

Whilst my door has been closed, I have been busy working away behind the scenes. I am currently studying to become a Mind, Body Practitioner. This will allow me to support clients better who are suffering with chronic pain, and maybe hitting a mental wall in their injury or post-surgery rehab. Our mind’s response has a powerful impact on our nervous system and our ability for our bodies to heal.
I have also been connecting with some amazing people and now have a portfolio of collaborative practitioners in our community to support you with your greater Health & Wellness needs.
I look forward to sharing more with you once I have progressed further in my studies.
